PETS

This is a pet friendly rental. Pets are allowed within the community and the Host property and MUST always be leashed  and under the control of the Guest when in public, beach, and common areas of the community. Requirements:
 
• Maximum pets: 2 – each not to exceed a body weight of 40 pounds (certified comfort and service animals  exceeding this weight will be considered on a case-by-case basis). Additional pets over 2 will also be considered on a case-by-case basis and will incur additional charges.
 
• Pets MUST be house trained

• Guests MUST clean up pet waste daily in the backyard and all community common areas (baggies are provided). Pet-related damage or cleaning will result in additional charges. 

 
Family & Pet-Friendly Touches

We warmly welcome your furry companions! We supply two crates, puppy pads, leashes, and doggie bags. A pet fee of $200 per dog is required at booking.
