The heart of the home is a true Chef’s Dream Kitchen, featuring a stunning new stainless steel farm-house sink, custom Cypress wood live-edge countertops, and elegant granite surfaces. Fully stocked for both gourmet cooking and casual meals, it includes a high-performance Vitamix-style blender, stand mixer, Boska cheese fondue set, waffle maker, Burger Pit Boss press, and a complete collection of dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and baking accessories. The well-stocked pantry offers a wide array of condiments, staples, and spices, plus specialty teas for tea lovers. Coffee enthusiasts will be thrilled with five distinct coffee makers — French Press, Puerto Rican, Authentic Italian, 12-cup American drip, and single-serve Hot/Cold K-Cup — along with Nescafé Gold Espresso, a premium coffee grinder, and milk frother. Luxury at its finest.


Great Room & Living Area

The spacious Great Room features an inviting open floor plan with soaring 14-foot vaulted ceilings. Sink into the oversized plush couch (seating 5–6 comfortably) wrapped in soft throws, or gather around the striking electric flame fireplace with blower and custom hand-made mantle. A hidden TV elegantly appears behind sliding doors when needed. Authentic artwork and a curated collection of local island photography adorn the walls, while specialty soft lighting creates the perfect “beachy vibe” for relaxed evenings.


Bedroom Accommodations

Master Bedroom Suite:
A lavish king-size bed with a refined sitting area and custom wood bench in a bay window overlooking the spectacular garden. A beautiful stained-glass window captures breathtaking ocean sunsets. Large walk-in closet.

Master Bathroom:
A spa-like retreat with a deep garden soaking tub, separate oversized shower with partial glass enclosure, his-and-her double vanities, and a private water closet.

Front Bedroom:
Features a unique custom three-bed trundle set — extra-long adult twin top bunk, Full/Queen middle level, and extra-long adult twin trundle. Spacious closet. Sleeps up to 4.

Front Bathroom: 
A porcelain tub surrounded by Mediterranean tile and a custom designed aqua marine stained glass window affectionately as the "Fish Bowl".


The home comfortably accommodates 7 guests total.

For added flexibility, the Florida Room offers a private sanctuary with its own fireplace, independent A/C, flat-screen TV, double doors for seclusion, and picture-perfect windows overlooking the garden. An oversized twin roll-away bed with a thick mattress and premium bedding is available upon request. French doors and a private terrace exit enhance the sense of calm and privacy.


Outdoor Living & Tropical Oasis

Step onto the expansive terrace and immerse yourself in your own private tropical paradise. The highlight is a nearly new 5-person hot tub (umbrella-covered with mood lights, fountain, lounging seats, and a powerful Captain’s Chair with strong jets). Enjoy the custom-built outdoor fireplace, huge umbrella-covered plush seating areas, and a bubbling water fountain that provides soothing natural sounds. Lush, layered gardens filled with vibrant foliage attract birds, butterflies, squirrels, and other delightful wildlife, all within a secluded tropical setting.

Additional features include comfortable Adirondack seating shaded by palms, a Royal Gourmet 5-burner gas grill with side burner, and extra refrigeration in the new garage refrigerator. Start your mornings on the charming Side Porch in a rocking chair, sipping coffee while listening to birdsong and watching them splash in the bird bath.

This luxury property is ideally located in a prestigious resort neighborhood. The beautiful private beach is only a 3-minute walk away — use the convenient side terrace steps for a quick shortcut. The large resort-style pool area is practically in your backyard (just 10 yards away), complete with plentiful loungers, tables, chairs, and on-site bathrooms.


Family & Pet-Friendly Touches

Perfect for multi-generational vacations, the home is filled with games, books, little & big kids’ toys, and a charming Bunny Baby Basket. Also provided are 4 beach bikes, 4 beach chairs, a beach wagon, beach towels, and plenty of beach toys.
